cracked turbine housing -->burn oil?
my turbine housing is cracked, there are some other cracks that i cant' get a pic of...
can the cracks in the housing lead to oil consumption, i don't think so but i thought i'd ask...

That is ususal for those turbo's I've seen many pictures of them and they all have similar cracks that yours does.
Its just the exhaust side, once your DP flange is bolted to it theres no problem or leak......
clean turbo for being used...must be rebuilt.

that's been rebuilt and they didn't take care of that? sounds crappy. sucks man but you won't burn oil. you'll just lose some boost and some boost response. ditch that turbine housing and get another.
