Default Clutch/flywheel/pressure plate

Im looking into the parts listed above. I want slight upgrade from teh stock LS. However, dont want to break the bank ya know? Any opinions? I was thinking ITR or something

i got my exedy clutch, pressure plate, and bearings from clutchcityonline for 259.50 shipped. just recieved it a few minutes ago..

I would like to know as well. My clutch is going to get replaced after hitting 91k on the clock.

Any info would be appreicated.

I have the Exedy organic racing combo. I like it a lot, feels like stock but has more clamping force. Organic disc is sprung like stock and works good on the street. BTW, this is in my CRX with the LS drivetrain. Will prolly put the same setup in the GSR when it croaks. Got it from http://www.clutchcityonline.com/
300 bux or so. They also offer a lightweight flywheel too.

How much does an average fly wheel cost over a lightened version? Do all itr/GSR/LS/RS tranny parts interchange with each other?
