Default Q regarding rotation of oil drain/oil intake (searched)

my turbo

As you can see my oil intake is on the oposite side then i need it to be. I know i can loosen the bolt on the compressor side to rotate where the comp outlet comes out. Already had to do that to get it to where it need to be. But that doesnt change where the oil drain is. Right now its on top when i bolt the turbo on.

How do i flip that? Can it be done?

any help will be appreciated.

you can rotate the position of both the turbine and the compressor housings. That way all three parts are where you want them

just loosen the bolts on the snail. dont take it all the way apart. and you will be able to clock the chra to any position you want.

Though you already have your answer on rearranging the turbo, I got a quick question.

How is the drain on the top when you bolt it up??? Looks like it would be pointed down to me

SEARCH on "CLOCKING TURBO"

you loosen the 6 bolt bolts on the compressor housing ( in your pic that is the bolts that have the red marks on them ) and turn to where you want it, then do the same on the outermost bolts on the exhaust housing

DONT loosen the inner circle of bolts, just the outer circle for both housings, then you can rotate the compressor and exh housings to any way you want and configure it for whatever your dilemma may be.
