ok i just resently got a b16a for practicaly nothing its the 1st gen its just the bare block sept crank should i go ahead and get the rods and pistons and throw a type r head and intake mani on it and boost it or should i sell it

i have been researching this out and im not sure so correct me if im wrong are the pistons and rodes practicaly the same in the 1rst thru 3 gen b16a's should i just go with like pr3 or p30's with a type r head and intake mani or what

if you decide to keep it get p30 pistons, itr head and make sure you get atleast a b16 tranny or your build would be a waste unless its for high boost and yes all the internalls are the same

 

yes i do plan on geting a b16 tranny lol yeah im thinkin bout keepin it and building it it will be FUN
