OBD-1 vs OBD-2 B Series Timing Belt pulleys
I'm putting together the timing belt side of my motor and I ran into something that doesn't look right. I'm running a B18C1 motor that was originally OBD-2 so the oil pump had a Crank Position Sensor. Since I'm running OBD-1 I bought an ITR oil pump which doesn't that sensor. The quesion I have has to do with the pulley for the timing belt that goes on the end of the crank. The GSR one I have has a sprocket attactched to it that I'm guessing was for the crank position sensor. I'm wondering if this could be pushing that gear out further and causing my timing belt to be riding near the edge of my cams. When I spin the crank the timing belt seems to walk towards the edge of the cams and even off of them a little bit, probably 1/32". Any ideas?
Here is what I'm talking about, I have 15, do I need 14? Or if I run 15 do I need to not run the inner 16?
Anyone know the different uses of 14 and 15?
