RSR EXHAUST OWNERS, WHY DID U GO WITH RSR????
ok right need a cat back system. i really like the tananbe hyper medallion system. my second choice and be the thermal or greddy. saw that exhaust poll and there were a lot of rsr exhaust owners. convince me on why i should buy a rsr system.
why do you want us to convince you??? if you want something else, then get something else. i know i got my rsr because i hated the sound of the fart can style exhaust. i wanted something that was quiet under regular driving but sounded good under full throttle. i got that with the rsr.

yeah rsr has the quietness or daily driving and roars when you slam it...i had a fireball catback and that **** was headache loud. i sat in my bros HB and he had rsr catback straight piped and it was still had a comfortable sound...rsr is the way to go!!....
i agree with EFRue57....then again you should choose your own stuff...if you like something else, get something else
im planning on gettin a pacesetter exhaust...it looks stock! :]

just look at the RSR exhaust system. What other questions do you need to ask? Its not some blinged out fart can muffler/catback. Best sounding exhaust I have heard in a while with my b16
well I switched from Tanabe Hyper Medallion to RSR mainly because of the way the RSR looks. I also swapped out the stock b16 manifold for a CTR factory manifold/with downpipe at the same time I did the exhaust swap. I did notice the CRX exhaust was lower in tone, but I can't tell you if it was from the RSR or the CTR manifold.
Plus I'm trying to keep the CRX on the DL so if I can change out the tip I will.

I rode in a buddy's LS nitrous EK, and he has the RS*R. First off, I like the way it looks, and after riding in the car on nitrous, I'm selling my already-quite Greddy cat-back to get one.
Here's a pic if you're still interested in a good looking and still fairly quite exhuast.

$250+ shipping
PS. I wasn't trying to thread-jack, but he said he wanted a Greddy

Got an rsr for my 99 Si, it was the fourth exhaust I've had on the car. Soon after that I bought one for my 91 DX, couldn't be any happier
I'm also running the old school RS*R on my car.Found it cheap, looks good and it sounds good.I don't have to worry bout the man pulling me over just driving around town.

How does the RSR exhaust sound on a 00 SI b16a2 with headers, intake, and test pipe?
I have a EVO2 right now, i really liked the way it sounded before i installed the test pipe, but now its way too loud for my taste.. Any ideas for a good free flowing exhaust without the noise?? especially that raspy sound, cant stand it.. any suggestions?

I have a 2.5" CTR header, 2.5" J's racing testpipe, and a Comptech Ice Box intake on the Si. The exhaust is still VERY quiet unless I'm under full throttle and it's nowhere near loud even then. I highly recommend it even with a test pipe, I'll be throwing my RMF header along with a 2.5" testpipe on my hatch as soon as I get my B18c in
will the rmf header fit with the rsr cat back system? the rmf is 2.5" and rsr is like around 2.3". i also have a b18c in my hatch and was wondering this for a long time?
I really enjoy the rs-r. I was against buying catback's b/c of their cost, but the rs-r sounds very good. Lil bit louder than the uber quiet hks, but a ton quieter than a buddy club spec II
I'm holdin onto mine as long as I DD my car or care about hearing music inside.
the tip does stick out a good bit though, and they are kinda big
my friend's approval

I have an rsr ex mag on my 92 cx with a jdm d15b and the resanator ticks when the car is warm and is idling. So if im at a light and a car is on either side you car hear the resanator making noise as if there was a rock inside.Im not sure what the problem is and the exhaust only has a few miles on it and its reallyyyy bugging me.Everything is tightened and its clearly coming from the resanator

I am runnin' the Ex-Mag on my 91 CRX and love it. The only "problem I have" is it was nice and painful to get my skunk2 short shifter on with the larger then stock exhaust...I had to chop off the extra two inches of the linkage to keep it from rubbing in 5th and R.
