honda veteran but civic noob. engine swapping.
i'm sure this has been covered already. i tried the search option but i have more specific questions that i couldn't find the answer to so here's my situation...
gentlemen...i have a 1990 civic lx sedan 5-speed with blown engine and a wrecked 1993 integra LS sedan automatic. basically i was wondering if it's possible to and how much work is involved in swapping that integra motor into the civic.
main concerns are:
what will swap? what wont? what needs to be custom? mounts? axles? i would like to keep the 5-speed tranny that's in the civic right now, will that attach to the integra motor? how much work to swap in the integra's auto?
i really really appreciate any help guys.

Re: honda veteran but civic noob. engine swapping. (Can't Catch Me)
you need to do another search...there are probably 100's of threads concerning this.
but first things first. you will not be able to use your 5sp d-series tranny on the LS block (b-series).

Just a quick start for ya:
1. get an integra 5 speed transmission, the civic one won't fit.
2. mounts need to be aftermarket: hasport and a few other companies make some good ones.
3. linkage can be modified, or you can buy the Hasport one
