Is the distributor OBD-1 or OBD-0??

I had that same problem. You have to use the same OBD in order for the car to turn on. I was using a OBD-1 distributor and a OBD-0 ECU and the car would turn on for a second or 2 and then it died out.

LOL, its an obd1 dizzy, from a z6, on my z6 head. as i posted i converted my car to OBD1. when i remove the dizzy, put it back in, it usually will start up for 1 sec (or so it sounds) then die right away....
