Default I got my alignment checked today.... got some ?'s

Hey guys, I have a bit of an alignment problem. I had my alignment done a few weeks ago on my 01 itr. I brought it in there because my car was pulling to the left. They said my rear toe was out and that may of been the cause for my car pulling. So I had them adjust everything accordingly. They told me that my camber was off and that might also be the cause of the pull

It still pulled afterwards, even though the tech took it for a test drive and said that everything was ok. So for ***** and giggles I took it to an alignment shop with newer equipment. They checked the alignment and said everything seemed fine, but my right rear toe was not in spec.

LF:Caster = 1.6
Camber = -0.7
Toe = -0.01

RF: Caster = 1.7
Camber = -1.5
Toe = -0.03

LR: Camber = -0.3
Toe = 0.09

RR Camber = -0.9
Toe = .01<--that they said was bad, specs were from 0.16 to 0.04

Well my main question is, if everything is in spec then why is my car pullign to the left?? It gets worse the faster I go and my steering wheel is straight. I dont think the car has been in any accidents, and the tech said he didnt see anything bent.

Looking at my camber specs, do you think it is enough to make the car pull?

If it did, I was looking into get a set of omni camber kits. I also heard that people switch around the uca's in the front for more positive caster, for quicker turning speeds. Any downsides to doing this? Because if I go and install them, I might as well benefit from switching them around. My caster is at 1.7ish so I figure id add a couple more to make it turn a bit faster..

Sorry for the long *** post, I just need some answers. thanks

When you have the alignment adjusted, make sure that the RF and LF Toe match each other as perfectly as possible, and that the RR and LR toe match each other as closely as possible. I personally like the front toe set to about .06 (positive, not negative) on each side and the rear set at even zero. Your camber won't really affect how it pulls, and the caster is close enough to not cause any worries.

Bad tires could cause a vehicle to pull, and if you had it aligned then the pressure should have been checked also.

If your tires arent direction try putting the LF tire on the RF tire on the LF and see if the car pulls at all.

Does your car drift to the left?
