Default Clicking in the fuse box when trying to start?

Heya, so i got up to go to school this morning, pretty damn cold out and i go to start my car and i just hear a quick few clicks int he fuse box area. I was like **** it's not gonna start. So i wait a few seconds try again, makes the clicking but the car starts. School is over, come out and try it again, makes the clicking noise but starts up the first time as well. What could it be? Thanks!
