I swapped my power windows, mirrors, and locks from my 96 EX coupe to my 96 DX hatch. Everything is working BUT... when you click the keyless unlock, after 2 min or so the car automatically locks. which if it were in the EX it wouldn't if you opened any door. Another thing, there is an option on the keyless remote to beep the horn when you lock or unlock it. It doesn't do that on the hatch. What is needed for these options? Any clues? I've seen 2 DIY's and none mentioned anything about this... input anyone?

That's normal. My EX will always re-arm itself if you don't turn the key to 'on' position.

 

I'm pretty sure my EX wouldn't re-arm after either driver's or passenger's side door was opened.
