Mugen Radiator cap/ Mugen fan switch/ Mugen Thermostat
I have been looking around online and seeing alot of Prelude with Mugen Radiator cap with Mugen fan switch and Mugen Thermostat what is the surpose of upgrading the OEM Thermostat with the Mugen one? and will it benefit me in any way of putting it on my car? Or is it just a waste of cash ? i just wanted to get some more info on it before i decide to buy it. thanx
It is a BIG BIG waste of cash I ended up returing mine... unless you do some serious 24 hour of lemans type racing then it will really do nothing for you except get your car to operating temperature faster/.///
I say waste of money - i guess the radiator cap may have a slight higher pressure rating = It takes 2 more degrees for the coolant to boil!!!!!!
Wow!................
Hopefully, the car won't get that hot - or any where near there anyway.........so, the moral of this is - waste of money. Just for looks i guess.
