How long would it take
ok i got lowering springs.. never done it before have some help from some1 who kinda know what their doing.. but how long u think it will take to do.. and if u recomnd for a weekened or wait till i have days off from school case something happends
even if you don't really know what you're doing, it should only take a couple hours. the only thing that could really go wrong is snapping a few bolts, or putting the strut back togther wrong = re do it. i'd wait to do it on the weekend just incase.
they'll blow anyway. it takes a few weeks/months depending on how low you're going. don't worry if it's not as low as you want once you do it. it takes about 2-3 days to settle.
blown shocks don't mean it's undrivable either. just bouncy.

Take a weekend to do it, have a friend to help you. Keep the car on jackstands, and make sure you keep the spring compressed (you can rent a tool at the local auto parts store) so it doesnt snap your head off, buy some Pb blaster (wd40 kind of thing) to remove stuck rusted bolts, and have replacement nuts and bolts because I wouldnt recommend reusing the old rusty ones (and some will snap)
