hey is this a good deal? (im a noob) lol

Honda d16z6 motor for sale 1xx,xxx mi, head, block, exhaust&intake manifolds, most sensors intact. $350 OBO

thats stretchin it if it comes with the tranny. if no tranny the most i would give is 200 IF ITS CLEEEAAN

Edit: i thought it was an a6 but its a z6. thats still a little much. and the tranny with it should be useless to u. unless u wanna resell it.

if it runs and is healthy, wi dould do a compression test first. because 100k is kinda alot...

k found a new engine! lol this one better or worse??? and how hard would it be for a noob to swap it in???

95 LS shortblock, hottanked, new bearings, ctr pistons, 10k on the rebuild...In my buddy's ls/vtec 98 cx...with a b16 head this thing f*cking PULLS....$700 obo

CTR's in an LS/VTEC = pretty high compression. Does it ping at all?

I would say if everything is in great working condition and comes with a tranny I know I would do it. Considering a stock B16A you are looking at least $1000 w/tranny and 30k-40k miles on it. Nice find

So is not a ZC? It's a d16z6. Jump on it if the compression is where its supposed to be. But try to talk him down.

Are you planning on keeping it an ls/vtec if he is gonna sell you just the block for 700 then you still need a head,tranny,mounts,ecu,shift linkage and all that good stuff
