I originally thought it had something to do with the cd player but i took all that out and every once in a while it still won't start. it will crank over fine but it just won't cut on, then if you wait a few minutes it will crank right up in a second. Im thinking the fuel pump might not be coming on or the fuel pump relay not cutting on. how could i find out for sure? its got brand new plugs, wires, cap and rotor. once the car turns on it runs flawlessly just randomly doesn't start. any help is appreciated!

Well i found out today that the fuel pump always works and i can hear it pumping into the fuel rail. i pull a spark plug and it has no spark. another funny thing is that after you try to crank it and turn the key back to off it spins the engine backwards enough to make a pop back through the intake. not sure what the hell is going on with that. also after an hour of messing with it i got it to turn on and it ran fine for like 2 minutes and then all the sudden just cut off like i turned the key off. i think maybe there is a loose connection somewhere? help please!!!

 

Main relay. It sends juice to several areas of the car on startup.
