Default turbo piping size

Hey
I was wondering what is the best size for turbo/intercooler piping.
I see a lot of 2.5" 2.75" and 3" for an LS integra planned to go around 6/9 Psi what would be the best?!
Thx

its pointless to run that large of piping on a smaller turbo thats not putting out that much boost. When you putting down 500-600+whp then you can talk about 3" piping.

generally about as small as possible is good for the hot side of the intercooler down to 2", although a bit more power might dictate 2.25" or even 2.5". on the cold side leading to the throttle body, it's probably still best to keep the size down until it gets right up to the throttle body, then enlarge to whatever size t/b you're running. i've seen some nice stainless steel fully TIG welded kits on eBay that do this and i covet them so . . .
