Hey i have 68mm TB and i was wondering for my intercooler piping whats a good size? I heard 2.75 is to big and that 2.5 should be just right.

I use 2.25 ". It seems to depend on more of what your setup is.

2.25" turbo is a measure of pressure, not necessarly volume hence pounds per square inch.

ok well change it up a little.
Got a 70mm TB and a sc63 turbo with a built head, and built block.
Could you explain to me why 2.25 pipiing is good?

Sure, smaller piping will spool quicker. At some point it will not be able to flow enough air to support your horsepower, but as I remember it's 3-400hp.. Search for intercooler piping sizing and you should be able to find it.
