Default b18b crank into b20a block

will this work? I want to build a b20vtec, i have a b20a block and a b18b one. Since the b20a block has the crappy crank, can i use the b18b crank into the b20a and use the b20a pistons and rods jsut like a regular b20b or b20z? what will my compression be? thanks

As far as I know, the cranks and rods are identical.

Yes, as are B20Z. Change rod bolts.

I believe the B20a came from the 88-91 Prelude. those blocks are different

well what i head also worked was a B21A5 from a 90-91 prelude crank and it bumps up from a 2.0l to a 2.2l its a little bit of work and its worth it and its supposibly makes some good power and torque..............
