Right now i have a 4 cylinder automatic 97 LS does anyone know how i would go about changing the automatic to a stick shift? like what exactly would i have to swap out for manual parts?

yeah im looking at vtech motors, because honestly i wanted a stick shift, but i couldnt find any quality tegs for sale that were stick so i just bought an automatic, but im trying to fix it up and before i buy parts i want to make it manual so i would like to know what all i need to swap out
