Default chirping or squeling while engine in under load

Hey guys, my gsr has this wierd chiping/squeal that happens and then goes away real quick when i give it gas when the car is in gear. it is not very loud and does not happen when the car is in neutral. i changed out all the drivebelts this afternoon hoping that was the problem, but it didnt stop. my two lower mounts are torn, so i am ordering es mount inserts this week to fix that. do you think this could be part of the problem? i am at a loss. do you guys have any other suggestions/ideas what it could be? thanks

is this on a DA or DC integra? can you narrow down where the problem is coming from, like what corner of the car?

ok sorry, this is a 98 DC, and it seems like it was coming from the driver side of the car, that is why i had suspected one of the drivebels being loose or worn out. thanks

Have you tightened them properly? Them mounts could be a problem as well. I know when I had a mount let go it would chirp when accelerating.

Its doing it in gear b/c there is a load. Replace your mounts and if that doesnt work go from there

ya, that is what i am thinking it might be, my two lower torque mounts are pretty bad, (sagging, torn) and that chirping is exactly what mine is doing right now when i accelerate. i already have one replacement, but i still gonna get the es inserts so this **** wont happen again. thanks

well i wanted to update this because i fixed my motor mounts this weekend with the es inserts, and while the car feels 100% tighter, i still hear that squeal. it does not happen at idle, only around 2.5k-3.5k rpm while i have it in gear and give it gas or when i am shifting in that rpm band. it is like a quick squeal or chirp. the noise is coming from the driverside of the car so i had originally thought it was belt related, but i changed all my belts and tightened them good so i dont think it is that. so i tried something different and took off each belt one at a time and drove the car up the street a bit. it turned out i only had the alternator belt hooked up and it still made that noise. could it be the alternator bearings or something going out? what do you guys think??
