Default keyless entry for CRX

What is everyone or anyone using for a keyless entry on a crx/ef ??? I plan on installing a aftermarket car alarm but i want a keyless as well since im doing away with the door locks. any ideas

come on i know sumone is usin a aftermarket keyless on a car that come factory with it.

There are so many D/L systems out there, you can get a good D/L actuator for less then $10 and relays, [if you need them] for about $2, if you want a good setup take a look at Spal http://www.spal.com/automotive...m.htm the best I have installed. 94

Yes you can, the one I link you to is a "central" D/L system, the module will have neg. triggered inputs, so when you arm the alarm the doors will lock, and when you disarm the alarm they will unlock, if the alarm has "programmable" D/Ls you can have ign. controlled D/L, and because the actuators have switch's in them, your manual door lock "buttons", [the ones you have in the car now] become "power D/L buttons" locking one door will also lock the other door. If you want to go the less expensive way, then all you need is 2 actuators and 2 relays wired this way http://www.the12volt.com/doorlocks/page3.asp#arp the alarm becomes the control module. 94

i second that spal makes good product, they have power window kits too if u want to do them also.
I have spal actuators in my CRX, work like a charm.

also look for any DEI products (viper) all of there alarms, stand up to the time of time. the p/n on the doorlock acc. is a 524n
