Will an ITR rear tie bar fit an EK?? Also, I'm putting in an ITR 22mm swaybar and was wondering if the tie bar will sitll fit? Should I get an SI sway bar??

The tie bar will only work on an ITR.. the mounting tabs are welded to the subframe.

The sway bar will fit on a EK but the use of an aftermarket tie bar (mounts to the suspension arm bolts) "may" not work.

Do you happen to know any aftermarket tie bar that will work with the ITR sway bar?

thanks

I've got an ITR rear sway bar on my EK along with a Spoon rear lower tie bar. Instead of spending the money a Spoon bar I would recomend getting a Skunk 2 rear lower tie bar. The design is the same as the Spoon bar. Here's a pic of my setup:

Merrit, it appears from the photo above that you have changed the way the Type-R rear swaybar is mounted on your EK. It look as if you have done away with the "black mounting brackets" (photo below) and have now mounted the swaybar directly to the subframe. Can you let me know? I'm just curious to know why you changed it.

looks like a ~1" spacer bracket so that the bar is away from the tie-bar.
