gsr ecu on a 2.2 in a 93 h/b
I'm running a gsr ecu in my 93 h/b with a H22. The car is runnind like crap right now spitting and sputtering. Its also throwing a 41 code (heated O2) so I went and bought a new sensor pulled my out and checked them and they both read the same on the meter, so I took the new one back. I have a turbo to put on as soon as i get this thing running right. If the gsr ecu is ok when I get injectors should I get them for a gsr or a prelude?
What year H22a? The 92-96 use peak and hold injectors. The 97+ use saturated injectors. All GS-R ECUs are for saturated... I had a semi related thread I started yesterday... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=136165

my motor is a 93 jdm 2.2 and the ecu is a usdm 94 (stock). I also wired in a res. pack for the injectors and it made my cars idle go up and down up and down. If the gsr ecu runs lean on a 2.2 I guess I should get the 2.2 ecu because I have a turbo to install when I get the car running right.

GS-R ECU runs LEEEEEAAAAAN!:

The A/F is about 13.7-14.9 for most of the powerband... dangerous for a stock motor, and definitely fatal for a turbo...

Fuel maps for a 1.8L used on a 2.2L = lean and will give you O2 code(s)- at least bump your fuel pressure up before you toast your engine and get the right program in there.
