Default gsr Swap in my 96 hatch and now a few probs.

So I have a 01 gsr swap in my 96 hatch and having a few probs. Hopefully some of you experienced swappers can help me. Here is a list of my parts.
01 gsr swap
97ex Harness
skunk2 intake manifold
Aem short ram intake
obd2a p72.
came with a 2plug distributor(maybe obd1) that we replugged to a 1 plug of my d16 dizzy.
Now here are my 2 problems. First I am getting a IACV code And do not know why. I replaced it with a new IAC valve and problem not fixed. Getting tired of the low Idle and cold stalls. Second My tach no longer works after the swap but I am hitting vtec so the ecu is getting a signal. Thanks

Did you connect the secondary butterfly because that might be what is throwing of the iac?

Is the 97 EX harness from an automatic? If so, the auto EX's have a 3 wire IACV like the DX/CX/LX and thw wiring will need repinned.

I bet that the tach problem has something to do with the b16 dizzy. Maybe the tach signal for the guage is a different pin?

I had thought of that. The tach worked on the d16 and the tach is out of a 99 b16 si. I am going to get a obd2 gsr dizzy with one plug not an obd1 with 2 plugs. I think I screwed up the wiring when I wired it before.
