Default Idle prob...odd

Ok.... I have a 1998 Prelude.

When I turn the wheel when the car is cold, the idle will bounce from 1000-1700 repeatedly, less and less as it warms up until the car is warm then it stops. it only does it when i turn the wheels when its cold. ie, in the morning i start the car, turn the wheel, and it starts bouncing. but if i dont, it idles normal.

I dont notice any difference when im driving. when its cold and bounces, i can drive fine. Its just an annoying thing that I hope isnt harmful.

Any Suggestions?

Also, a knock when I let the clutch out all the way, when it engages. Or if i slow down suddenly in a low gear.

well when you turn the wheel in any car that has power steering it will jump up some but it should go back to normal after a secound.

a knock when you let off the clutch? hmm.... is it really loud or dose it click like your axles are goin bad?

the knock is as if someone knocks once on the inside of the wheel well. not like a BANG

and it goes up yes, and back down, but then it keeps doing it like its revving itself.
