mpfi swap (need help)
i have a 88 honda civic hatch and i just put a vtec-e head on my d15b2 block (mini me) and i was doing mpfi wires and i needed a resistor box well one of my friends said just use obd1 injectors and then i dont need a resistor box but he diddnt tell me how to wire those injectors up so does anyone know how to do that??
If you use the right injector clips, it should be the same. Pos and Neg power. The OBD0 injectors (and peak&hold dsm's) need the resistor, OBD1/2 don't because they already provide the extra resistance.
If you're asking about the overall wiring, just follow a MPFI swap, but when they run wires to and from the resistor, just solder them all together. The injectors are wired to the same place on the ecu regardless.
