Default what the hell is wrong??

sup guys. i have a buddy driving a 95 civic ex in which he just turbo a while ago. one morning, he went to the garage to start it up and it wouldnt come on. the engine still cranks, but it just wouldnt catch and start. he replaced the oil, spark plugs, spark plug wires, and the whole distributor. nothing works. he hasnt changed the battery yet, but i doubt that will help because he's battery is still good. he also changed the fuel filter about 4 months ago, so i dont think it is that. thanks.

you need to see if it is getting fuel and spark, not just assume it is because of all the new parts thrown at it. once that is checked and you know you hgave fuel and spark, you need to look at initial timming. meaning the belt.

i believe he said that he was getting fuel and spark. he hasnt checked the timing yet. i guess that's something we'll have to check then. but i was confused about how a normal car would just one day get fucked up like that.
