4-point harness
search.
I hope you have a cage and a proper mounting bar for that harness... otherwise yea... accident = you probaby gonna jack up your spine.
Or even better... you might get trapped upright in your seat in the event of a roll over... you'll have quite the headache after that

Hey dude,
Are you autocrossing or doing track days?
If so, I would suggest buying a 4pt bolt in roll bar, THEN installing the harness. I've seen folks who've installed the should belts to existing "holes", but they've all been kind of not-so-good.
The restraints "loop" around a horizontal cross bar either on a four point bolt-in, or I have seen "harness bars", the lap belts can be attached to the seat or to the rear seat attachment points. I've tried this and it "kind of" works however you really need to invest in slightly longer bolts. If you're autocrossing you might be surprised how well just a simple lap belt will help keep you in the seat.
Another option is the CG Lock.

Good luck and have fun.

I was never a fan of 4 point harnesses to begin with, something about the belt cutting under my ribs that doesn't appeal to me...
No matter what you do, make sure you install it right. I'd rather have a nice 3 point than a half-assed 4 or 5 point.
