Default HELP: Choosing coilovers /springs with shocks:[

So yeah.. I got about 500 bucks to spend on my suspension.. not including bars and stuff like that. What do you guys think I should get ? I want a pretty decent drop like 2 inches and decent ride quality. I drive a 2000 civic Si by the way. Obviously, I am a noob so think you can help me out ? HT Gurus???
Thanks in advance for the help.... Feel free to flame :]

For 500 dollars you're not going to be able to get good coilovers. You can get some eibachs or h&r mated with koni's or kyb's but the shocks will cost your around 400-500...better up your budget because skimping on suspension is the LAST thing you want to do.

You can probably find a set of used Ground Control coilover sleeves for around $150 and new KYB AGX off ebay for $300. I have that setup and I'm satisfied.

I got my KBY AGX's and GC's on a group buy a couple of years ago for $550 shipped. No problems and I'm pretty low. I think it is a good economical setup. And you could always upgrade to the Koni's later if you wanted to.
