My car dies at when I stop...lights, stop signs, when I park...
I have a 2000 Honda Civic EX. Yesterday my car died and I had to be jumped. Went to the auto parts store checked my battery and said it needed to be replaced. Replaced battery everything was fine. Today on my way to work I had to stop at a light and my car died. The oil light and battery light came on but went off when I restarted it. So when I restarted it and tried to turn into a gas station my car died again...and again all the way home every time I had to stop. I heard this may be caused by a bad throttle position sensor but the auto parts stores don't carry it and the Honda dealer says its sold with the entire throttle body only! $900 I don't have. Any suggestions on what the problem may be or anything I can try?

I'm having the same problem. It's not the alt.. I spent the money and replaced the TB. I thought that fixed the problem until two days ago. The same issue you had is happening to me again. So you're sure it's was the fuel filter? How did you come to that conclusion? Let me know please.
Thanks
