if a higher profile cam in an em1 was installed. like a ctr intake, or a set of skunk 2's for example, do you need to do any ecu reprogramming or anything, or can you just swap it in and go? if you didnt i know you wouldnt be maximizing the power, but would it turn the cel on. thanx for any info.

CTR's and ITRs and any stage 1 and 2 cam's arent that agreesive to cause you problems on a stock valve train. Although if you go stage 2 whatever you will need to tune them.

So its a put in and go.
