Default Swapped MAP and TPS now car runs like crap and rich

I have a fully built poormans type r, injectors from the soch vtec model, and AEM fuel rail, stock FPR, p72 chipped with uberdata. I swapped the MAP sensor and TPS sensor, ran the car for about 15 seconds stepped on the gas a little bit, then the car bogged down and died, swapped sensors back to normal position and car wouldn't start. After about a week, car starts up now everytime but runs like ****, fouled black sooty spark plugs, exhaust sounds strange, revs are very slow, running rich Any ideas? oh and also, i was never running an o2, drilled hole in header and wired up o2 but it didn't help. Thanks

yes, i checked the TPS, had 5v, backbrobed terminals, slowly increased throttle and voltage went down to like .5v i think. I also got a new map sensor. For clearing codes i've reset the ecu quite a few times, had the negative terminal off the battery for up to hours at a time.

SOUNDS LIKE WRONG TPS OR THE OUTSIDE TWO WIRES are switched the voltage should increase as the throttle opens
