Default I think i killed my head unit?

Ok, was installing a new to me but used alpine and everything going good but while hooking up the last wire for my front speaker, still getting power but no sound what so ever and everything else is working????

I looked for fuse on back of head unit even under plug because alpine's are usually there but no fuse.. is this thing fucked?

sending it to Jot's Electronics in Arlington, Texas.. any info would help
and yes i did check every fuse in my car..

If everything, [except sound] is working, it's not a fuse, it can only be one of two things, the outputs on the used, [new to you] Alpine are blown, ot one ot more of the speakers or speaker wires are shorting out and the protection circuits in the Alpine have turned off the internal amp to protect it.

The way to check it is to disconnect the speakers at the HU one at a time and try the HU each time you disconnect a speaker, if you can't get it to work once you get to the last speaker, it may be the last speaker/wire is the one that is bad, use any speaker you have and connect one of the outputs from the HU to it and test, if you still can't get sound, it's a good bet the outputs are blown 94
