did you spary carb cleaner everywhere to check for leaks? also check your idle screw on your TB. also have you checked the cleanliness around the throttle plate and idle air valve? just some things to check

ye we sprayed carb cleaner no changes, we messed witht he idle screw didnt lower rpm, and we cleaned out the thortle body still giving me the same problems. if we plug the throttle body with a towl, then the rpm drops to 1000 and stayes steady.
