Default progress springs?

has anyone ever hear of the progress technology lowering springs? anyone give me some info on these never heard of them. Also should i get the 92-95 civic spring lower 2.3", or the ones for a "h" motor that lower 2". I will be going a h22 swap in the spring but want ot go as low as i can do i need the h ones or will i be fine with the 2.3"? also when i do this swap would my stock civic cx shocks be fine i know they dont leak and they take lots of stress if you know what i mean. my final question is can anyone direct me to a good how to on installing just lowering springs for a 92-995 civic hatch ive found stuff for other hondas but not a civic thanks for all you assistence mike

I currently have a set of Progress springs w/Tokico HP's on my 92 CX and I love them. I've used them on a 98 GSR and 95 LS w/stock struts and I will never go to another spring other than a set of Sportline's which area little more money. They give it an aggressive drop and feels like stock. Go with the 2.3"

They won't ruin your stock struts and yes they'll hold the h22 fine.
