Default oversized valves, good or bad?

i have heard mixed opinions on oversized valves.
i am putting together an 8:1 lsvtec turbo, and i am rounding up head components.

do the ocersized valves require replacement of the seats, or machining?

are they wothwhile, or a waste of time?

If your shooting for 600 or less whp then stay stock size if you want more then go with .5mm on the int and 1mm on the exh.
