Default measuring valves???

I have a JG pro series B16 head. I have a bent valve that needs replaced, so I want to replace them all. I was told that it had oversized valves. My question's are:

1. If they are oversized valves, do I have to buy oversized or can I go back to stock?

2. How do I measure the valves to see what size they are if in fact they are not stock?

TIA

Jeramy

The head diameter is the size your looking for.The standards are 28mm/33mm.You need to replace them with the same size as the seats are cut for them.
