Before I decide to buy one, is this piece of sh*t worth 350 bucks? Anyone get good improvements/ HP? I know that the V-AFC is pretty good how about the S-AFC for LS?

 

it works well when you have aftermarket cams and some headwork.

on a stock engine it's really not that important.

 

Yup, that's absolutely correct. If you have just basic i/h/e, I wouldn't recommend it as the price won't beat the gains.

In my case, I'm running 440cc injectors and I need it just to be able to turn on my car and idle.

 

i have it on my ls but i also have a turbo so it helps me out.

 

Hey what is the S-ITC, and what does it do for a turbo?

 

I have it on my NA B18B1 but I am adding a turbo to my ride so thats why I have it. Prior to the turbo going in though I have seen gains in the HP because the AFC helped me richen a mean *** lean spot in the high end RPMs.

 

So basically I shouldn't use it with I/E/H, I should add more performance parts first, then use fine tune my Fuel with s-afc...
