plx devices m-250 wideband install help
i made major progress on my build today. after installing the motor yesterday, i have connected like 90 of things under the hood.
i have a 2000 Si with an obd1 conversion and a socketed p28 from moates.net set for uberdata or crome.
i also have the plx devices m-250 wideband with the air/fuel guage. this thing has red, black, white, and gray wires. red & black is easy. white is "wideband linear output" and gray is "narrowband output". i have no clue what that means. do I have to solder either of these to the ecu? or do i run either of these to the guage? thanks!

i see that the guage's instructions say the white and white go together but the grey is not mentioned. also, do i have to use any of the capacitors included in the kit if i'm just hooking this up to the guage?
thanks

now that i got some sleep and have thought about it - it seems i would have to hook the wideband up to the ecu (duh). so - how do i do that? do i have to solder onto the board, or can i just jump one of the wires in the harness?
