Default Hi need help please.

I know it has noting to do with honda or anything but I need some help... I'm looking for adapter for my car aux? what is that? can I hook up a mp3 to it... what kind of adapter would I be looking for? to fix my mp3 to my aux... can someone please be nice and kind to help... thanks for you time.

OK ON THE BACK OF YOUR STEREO THERE YOU BE LIKE A WHITE AN RED INPUT...IF YOU GO TO RADIO SHACK AN ASKN THEM FRO RCA JACK THAT CONVERT INTO YOUR IPOD INPUT WELL THE RCA JACK ONE IS GONNA BE BLACK AN THE OTHER IS GONNA BE WHITE CONNECT THE WHITE TO WHITE AN THE BLACK TO RED THEN HIT THE AUX BUTTON ON YOUR STEREO AN PRESS PLAY ON YOUR IPOD OR MP3 AN IT SHOULD WORK!

But I don't wanna take my stereo apart. The AUX is already on there. It's showing on the deshbored. Is there another way or whatever they call it. The name for the adapter.

No... I'm sorry I'm looking for adapter to the AUX and my ipod... so I won't have to keep buring them CD's... But don't know what's the name of the apart I'm looking for.

Umm yeah, you plug one end to the aux hole and the other side to the ipod earphone hole.
It also works the same for Zune players and Psp's.

BTW there are different types of aux ports. The type you have would be a big help.

it is a standard "stereo input" plug. Go to the apple store, just ask for the aux output cable. one end will look like a headphone jack plug. Or simply tell them what you want to do and they can help you. common sense buddy.

it's not "deshbored" it's dashboard. I'm assuming you're driving a newer Honda/Acura that has the "AUX" port on the stereo console?
