as far as i can tell these are the only 2 identical looking harnesses. the first one reaches from the main wiring harness up towards the front near the head. the second one has another one right next to it and it barely reaches up under the throttle body.

the bracket just hold's plugs on there. you dont really need it. and those plugs are just plugs haha. just leave them like that their ok

 

lol yeah i figured out where those plug things clip on. I still can't figure out where that bracket goes. oh well i'm onto bigger problems now...

 

that bracket looks like it holds the power steering oil line in place. As for the plug...I'll quote you..."wtf are those big things"..
