Default Hondata with Kenji?

I have a hondata stage3 installed on my crx gsr (obd1). i just picked it up from a friend because i will soon be needing it for tuning. right now i have a kenji chip in my p28.

my question is: can i power up the hondata to utilize the rev limiters and other controls while i stil have the kenji chip in there?

Drive to your local tuner on your current ecu & have him setup your s300 unit.

s300 right? Don't you need to put male pin headers in the eprom and serial communication locations?
