I'm wondering if this setup would pass the sniffer test. I'm deciding between a newer USDM B18C1 motor to swap into an EK and register it to be legal, then do the stuff listed below. If the below passes, then I can just get a normal smog check. But if the stuff below won't pass the sniffer test anyways, I might as well save some money and get an older JDM B18C1 instead.

- B18C resleeved to 84.5mm
- 12:1CR
- P&P head
- Jun Stage3 or Skunk Stage2 cams

Thanks Ryan. I wasn't sure the first time whether you meant it wouldn't pass visual or it wouldn't pass sniffer cuz other ppl were mentioning the data that gets pulled up on the screen. So I clarified it with the "registering it" part. Thanks.
