Default acquiring a obd2 3-stage d15b?

as i have just read several threads and pages about this motor i have learned a few things.

it came in 96-00 jdm civics which were obd2
there's a VTEC-E motor which came in the USDM VX this is the d15z1
and the three stage is the combination of VTEC-E and the normal SOHC VTEC.

i am interested in putting one of these in my 94 hatch.

Yes, i know that it doesn't have torque, yes i know that you probably think that i should just get a d16z6 or a d16y8 or DOHC ZC or B18/B16/B20/H22/H23. I don't care about racing other people. I am going to say that again. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT RACING OTHER PEOPLE. I do not care about being the fastest. I currently have a d15b7 in my car and it's burning a quart every 200 miles. I do not care about aftermarket support

I don't know the differences of the various ECUs out there, and i have read about how hard it is to find a matching ecu for this motor. i have a p05 laying around from my d15b8. Could this possibly be chipped so that I could run this d15b 3-stage VTEC motor in an obd1 configuration while taking advantage of the VTEC-E and VTEC functions?
