Euro spec ITR (96-00) and CTR (01-06) both have 5 lug rotors. I know since I have owned both.

I would help you if I could but euro Type-R only had 5 lugs. Maybe rotor dimensions could help you to find something similar.

There are the 96-97-Spec ITR wheels you can get if you like. They are the 4-lug pattern rather than the 5-lug that you are looking for.

The store link is below....

Are these these the same ones you have? They are 114x4 and not 100x4?

prelude rotors with spacer and larger calipers
or 2000 ex accord rotors as for the rear you can use itr rear spacer brackets with 2000 accord ex rotors

or just redrill some teg rotors and be done with it

That's what I'll be doing when mine finally die. The 96-97 non USDM Integra Type R came with a 4x114.3 setup that had the same hub size and rotor size as the normal Integra.

I do think Endless can get you rotors that you won't have to mess with, but they cost a grip. Look for the 4x114.3 JDM ITR brake thread. Theres almost 10 pages of info on this very subject.
