I am planning on getting a set of these and maybe a set of these from them and I was wondering if they are reliable? Post all of your good/bad experinces you have had with them.

Here is my question:

I was just wondering when is my order going to be shipped out? When
it is shipped out will there be a tracking number provided? After my order
is shipped out about how long will it take to arrive? Let me know
something.

Here is what they said:

Your order was shipped on tuesday and should arrive in 5 business days
from the shipped date. We do not give out tracking numbers to avoid
fraudulant purchases.


Then I asked this: What do you mean fradulent purchases? Every other website I have purchased from give out the tracking number.


This was there response:

We cannot verify over the internet or phone that the card belongs to
you.

Then I said this: How does giving out tracking numbers cause fradulent purchases? I payed with paypal.


Then this was there response: You can change the delivery address with the tracking number. Either
way
that is company policy, sorry.


I think it is COMPLETE BS!!! I like having tracking numbers so I know when the product is going to arrive. I dont think I am going to buy from them again unless it is completly neccessary.

I am sure they are just trying to protect their customers information. Wait the 5
days and if you don't get your parts, give them a call and they can probably track
it for you.
Probably the same thieves that try and jack our cars are trying to jack our parts
before we even get them.

I doubt they are going to take your money and not ship your parts to you.

dawrenn...don't worry about JHP. They are legit honda parts seller. A lot of southern california ppl shop from them.

btw, I think the jdm yellow fog-lights are waste of money. You could buy a regular set of OEM fogs for $135 and buy yellow film to cover the lense.

i had an ok experience from them- bought an ES Oval muffler. I was waiting for it to ship, and after a few days it still hadn't shipped. I was expecting some kind of e-mail or phone call from them regarding whatever the problem was since their website said the muffler was "in stock."

they never contacted me. so i called them and it turns out it was in fact not in stock. But they were real cool and apologetic about the situation and immediately offered me a refund.

The weird thing is, the muffler came in the mail the very next day.

I've have good luck, I bought my Omni's there. I placed the order online and they personally called my cell to let me know that they were out of stock, they said it would be a week. A week and 4-5 business days later, I got my stuff.

my lamin-x -ed usdm oem fogs look exactly the same and lamin-x only cost me like $12... $147 vs $379 ... but if you really want the real deal

This is true. I know with DHL and a few other companies, you can call the 1-800 # and request the shipment to be delivered elsewhere as long as it hasn't been sent out that morning to be delivered to your door or you can request to pick it up at the hub. All you need is the tracking # and sometimes the name of the person whom its to be delivered to. They are with holding tracking info b/c they probably had persons in the past run some scadalist stunts on em.

Back to OT, I personally haven't bought anything from them but I've heard good reviews from people about them. Don't worry, I think you'll be content once it arrives.
