Here's the description of the car:
1996 Integra
1999 Integra dash harness
1999 Civic SI SRS harness
1999 Civic SI SRS Unit (same model as the ITR)
2000 ITR airbags
2000 ITR cable reel
JDM OBDI GSR engine w/ OBDI engine harness

My integra did not come with any airbags or srs unit so i am using the 99 SI harness and brain with a 2000 ITR pass. and driver airbag. Everything is plugged in and the SRS light stays on and will not flash when i try to jump the MES plug. I know i have the correct plug but the SRS light will not flash at all.

did some searching and couldnt find what i was looking for....

I need this to work so i can pass inspection..it has a rebuilt title that passed inspection in FL and AL but GA wants to reinspect it...thanks for the help in advance

 

You have to jump the service check connector to pull the codes. (the same one for the cel) The MES connector is only used for clearing the SRS codes.

right, but would it blink if you try to clear it? thanks...i'll check to see what the problem is....

 

jumped it and it does not flash.
