how to disable srs light, or disable airbags. harness to fake srs?

any ideas how to disable srs or airbags when i install an aftermarket steering wheel and air bag tray? is there a harness to plug in to fool the srs? ive heard of using a 3 ohm resistor to fool the srs that an airbag is still on. please help. thanks

well if you just want to make it so the light dosnt stay on, just unplug the yellow harness on the back of the cluster.

Pull the SRS fuses. reset the ecu. then disconnect the connector to the air bag.
