Default B16 head questions , VERY DESPERATE

Alright, I got my head finally back from being planed, and had a friend take the head off. Well me and him arn't really talking anymore, so I have 2 cams, a head with the valvetrain in it, and cam caps and bolts laying around....and I wanna drive my car. Is there a good write up on putting back together a b16 head? I have no idea on how to position the cams and what not....and cant really afford to blow it again.

The helms should be adequate.

It isn't as hard as it sounds. The helms will guide you on which parts go where...and make sure you torque the bolts down to spec with a torque wrench. Do not go around this.

There are a lot of screws to put in, so the task may seem daunting...but it isn't if you stay calm and follow the instructions.

The only part where you may need expert advise would be setting the timing belt since you have to be precise.

I'm sure you have other friends who can guide you with the install. So try looking around too.
