Default Wastgate and B.O.V. installation

Okay I decided to install a T3 turbo on my 1997 Honda Civic with a B16 and I have everything all setup except I am unsure as how it is i'm suppose to hookup the vacuum lines on both the wastegate and blow off valve. So if anybody could help me I would appreciate greatly. It's the only thing that has held me back from driving my civic for a while now.

Blow-off valve and wastegate both go to a manifold vacuum/port. If you have a dual vacuum wastegate like a turbonetics leave the top one to atmoshpere unless your adding a boost controller and the bottom to manifold. Blow off valve goes directly to vauum/port. Make sure if at all possible to run the vacuum lines to its own source vacuum for a more accurate reading. If you cant that'll be ok just think about a vauum box for the future purchase.

So should I just hook up both the b.o.v. and the wastegate to the brake booster line from the manifold or is there another source in which I could route it from, I'm just wondering because I have heard that doing this will effect my braking power. My civic is a DX hatch, and thanks for the help.
